The “Edelweiss Conversion” project consists of six houses that contain a total of 16 flats. The flats range in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The design of the rooms is very spacious and large panorama windows make for great views and let in lots of natural sunlight throughout the day.
Three stairwells connect the six houses to each other. An underground car park with 37 parking spaces is available and accessible through lifts that allow access to the upper floors of the buildings.
The first basement floor contains utility rooms. Here you will find a large and secure personal storage area for your flat. There is also a spacious laundry room.
The sizes of the flats and apartments vary between about 1100 square feet (100 square metres) in the smaller apartments, and up to 2200 square feet (200 square metres) in the largest flat available.
There was a large emphasis on ecological sustainability during the design and construction of the properties. As a result geothermal probes and heat pumps have been installed and are able to provide most of the heating and water heating. Additionally, the insulation of the properties conforms to the Minergie standard for building and construction work.
